My First Blog - Recipe #1 Thai Manggo Sauce

TQ.                                                                                                                                                                                                                       HOW TO MAKE A THAI MANGGO SAUCE.

MANGGO - 2 NOS
YELLOW MANGGO- 1NOS
BUNGA KANTAN / WILD GINGER- 1 NOS
RED BIG CHILLI- 1 NOS
SHALLOT-3 NOS
PLUM SAUCE-2 TABLESPOON                                    
SUGAR-1 TEASPOON
WHITE VINEGAR-1TABLESPOON
THAISAUCE[SELLING IN THE SUPERMARKET]
TONG GUAN PEANUT-6 PIECES

HOW TO MAKE THE SAUCE;

1. THE MANGGO HAS TO BE PEEL OF AND THEN BE CUT TO THIN SLICES. AFTER YOU CUT IT PUT IN A BOWL.[DEEP IT IN A COLD WATER]
2.NEXT SLICE THE BUNGA KANTAN AND ALSO RED BIG CHILLI AS WELL AS FOR THE SHALLOT.
3.STEP 3 IS WHERE WE START TO DO THE SAUCE. FIRST TAKE ONE BIG BOWL AS A PLACE TO MAKE THE SAUCE. THEN POUR THE THAI SAUCE TILL IT IS REACH HALF OF THE BOTTLE.
4.THEN PUT IN THE PLUM SAUCE,SUGAR,WHITE VINEGAR AS WELL AS THE INGREDIENT.
5. AFTER PUTTING ALL THE MIXTURE FOR THE SAUCE, YOU CAN PUT ALLTHE CONDUMENT AFTER THAT.[PLEASE MIX ALL OF THE INGREDIENT UNTIL IT IS WELL MIX].
6. THIS SAUCE YOU CAN MIX IT WITH DEEP FRIED CHICKEN , FISH ,PRAWN AND SQUID.
